## WE MAKE COFFEE THAT STANDS ON ITS OWN.

Coffee you'll want to come back to. We're not interested in trends without substance.

We'd rather do fewer things with greater precision.

We focus on what matters.

The result has to speak for itself.

## WE CHOOSE COFFEES BASED ON HOW THEY TASTE.

Every lot goes through cupping.

Most never make the final selection.

New isn't enough.

What matters is the cup.

## QUALITY ISN'T AN EXTRA.

It's the foundation. Repetition, control and attention to detail matter.

Coffee has to perform consistently.

Not once. Every time.

Consistency matters as much as taste.

## WE DON'T SHAPE COFFEE TO FIT A STYLE.

We adapt to it.

Every coffee has its own character.

Our job is to preserve it.

There is no universal roast profile.

It depends on what the coffee needs.
