The idea of roasting specialty coffee has been in our mind for years, even before establishing the roastery. Production has been active since June of 2020, during the time of which we learned the rules and know-hows of coffee roasting. Having started out locally in the beginning, now we have regular buyers outside the country (of Slovakia) as well. We are delighted to have the opportunity to do what we do. Our journey continues.

Perfecting a product should be among the pillars of any creator. However, at Rye Island Roastery we also concentrate on experimenting with new ideas, to maintain balance in our development. Besides of sharing the spark of specialty coffee and educating people, we also seek to gain new knowledge constantly. We believe, this is the way to move forward and bring joy to coffee lovers.
