## Ethiopia Shantawene

A coffee that showcases the delicate and elegant side of Ethiopia.

In the cup, it gradually unfolds and changes with every sip. It is precisely that moment, when another layer is revealed as it cools, that is why Ethiopian coffees never cease to fascinate us.

**Processing:** Washed  
**Altitude:** approximately 1,950 metres above sea level

## Ethiopia Guji Shakiso Organic

The same country. A completely different character.

Guji is one of the best-known speciality coffee-growing regions in Ethiopia. This lot from Shakiso produces a clean, elegant and distinctive cup that beautifully highlights the differences between the various Ethiopian regions.

**Processing:** Washed  
**Altitude:** approximately 1,850–2,100 metres above sea level

## Kenya Nguguini AA

And then there’s Kenya. Precise, lively and confident. Nguguini AA brings a completely different energy to this selection and provides a natural contrast to the two Ethiopian coffees.

The designation **AA** is part of the Kenyan grain grading system and represents one of the highest size grades.

**Region:** Kirinyaga  
**Processing:** Fully Washed  
**Altitude:** approximately 1,600–1,700 metres above sea level  
**Flavour profile:** depending on the current batch
